I worked with Boaz Services Group on a gutter replacement project at my home. The owner Orangel is a straight shooter—no sales gimmicks and no pressure. My original goal was just to have a section of my 20-year-old gutters repaired. However, Orangel also quoted a whole-house replacement. The price for the full replacement was very reasonable, so I opted for that. His crew showed up as scheduled and knocked everything out in a day. Because we don’t live in a perfect world, the crew’s ladders scuffed up some of my siding and trim which had just been freshly painted last year. After letting Orangel know, his crew returned the very next day to do some touch-up painting. I can tell Orangel cares about his customers and has a genuine desire to ensure they’re 100% happy with the end result. Oh, and did I mention that my new gutters look great?!
